The Learning First Alliance  is a partnership of 12 national education associations, including National PTA, dedicated to improving student learning in America’s public schools.

The Learning First Alliance issues reports, policy statements, case studies and tools for policymakers and practitioners. All Alliance publications can be downloaded free of charge. Additionally, a hard copy of some Alliance publications may be ordered from ASCD, an Alliance member organization.
