Applicant must:

• have at least a 2.5 grade point average.
• be a graduating senior attending a Minnesota Public High School where there is an active PTA in good standing with the MN PTA
• be enrolling in a Minnesota public or private college or university.
• pursuing a degree program in education.
• complete the 4-page application and include three letters of recommendation and the sealed statement of eligibility and current transcripts .
• give permission to use a photo and/or personal information from the application forms for publicity purposes if selected as a winner.
• Submit the completed application to reach the Minnesota PTA office before March 1, 2009.
