The exhibit dates and hours are: Friday, 8/8, 11 am-10 pm Saturday, 8/9, 8 am-3:30 pm. Exhibitors receive: 6'x10' booth with draperies one sign one draped table two chairs You will receive information on how to order extra tables, chairs, electricity, etc. Rates: Exhibition Space - $400.00 - For profit entities $250.00 - Non-profit entities	Exhibits at the MN PTA Convention are promoted through: Door prize drawings at the Convention Recognition of donated prizes during the lunch Recognition in the printed program Increased exhibit traffic due to the Friday night Networking Two breaks in the exhibit hall
