Our Bylaws

Minnesota PTA has been operating since 1922, and continues to pride ourselves in maintaining transparent operations, strict adherance to nonprofit law, and continued involvement of a varied board to oversee our work, and the mission of our association. 

Minnesota PTA abides by our state bylaws, and that of the National PTA governance, including the National PTA bylaws, Standards for affiliation, and advocacy positions.
