Minnesota PTA is happy to partner with Givebacks to provide an all-included system for PTA managment. This tool provides our PTAs with everything they need to fulfill compliance, report members, build a contact list, send newsletters, host fundriasing, schedule events, run a virtual storefront, and so much more.

Do I have to use Givebacks? No. But your Givebacks portal provides so much benefit, we strongly suggest you attend a training, and learn to use the 'Compliance' section, and 'Membership' Section at the very least.
How can I get trained on using the system? Use the tab above to watch a video, or navigate to their help page to get started. If you need more assistace, attend a workshop, or ask for training with Minnesota PTA. (mnpta@mnpta.org)
Do we have to pay for it? No. The platform offers all the features included with no cost to you, however there are some fees when utilizing the Stripe payment processing system, and a $2 charge (as of 2025) for utilizing the processor for dues submission to Minnesota PTA.
