The business portion of our annual meeting involves discussing and voting on organizational matters, ensuring efficient operation and achieving the mission of PTA in Minnesota. 

During the business portion of the meeting, The president will call to order, credentialing will be tallied to ensure quroum, and only members may partake in the official business that was scheduled. Roberts Rules of Order will be followed when conducting official business, which will be concluded when the President has called the business portion of the meeting to be adjourned.
